1. Acceptance
By accessing perpify.fun or any of its sub-surfaces you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which perpetual swaps trading is prohibited. Perpify is not available to U.S. persons.
3. Demo nature
All trading on Perpify settles in demo USDC against an off-chain ledger. Real on-chain transactions are limited to launch fees and demo top-ups paid to the treasury wallet. Withdrawals are honoured up to the ledger balance.
4. No advice
Nothing on Perpify constitutes financial, legal or tax advice. Perpetual swaps with leverage carry significant risk of loss.
5. User-launched markets
Anyone may launch a perpetual market for any SPL token by paying the listed launch fee. The launcher does not gain custody of trader collateral. Perpify may delist any market at its sole discretion (illiquid feed, manipulation, sanctions, etc.).
6. Account & wallet
You are responsible for the security of your private keys. Perpify never has access to your seed phrase and cannot recover lost wallets.
7. Liability
Perpify is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perpify is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in the BVI under LCIA rules.
